The Employee Relations Badge is typically awarded to students who have mastered the fundamental principles of employee relations and engagement, which include general HR Management; Employee Relations and Labor Relations; Employment Law; and Diversity and Change Management.

Tuition for Individual MicroCredentials and Badges is paid for by the student. However, if you plan to further your education with a Technical Diploma or Associate Degree, financial aid and scholarships may be available. Please meet with your Pathway Advisor before registering for more information.

Badge Criteria

Completion of HRMGT-133: Legal Issues & Employment Law

A 3-credit, college-level course.

Completion of HRMGT-170: Employment Relations & Labor Relations

A 3-credit, college-level course.

Completion of HRMGT-193: Human Resource Management

A 3-credit, college-level course. Badges are issued to those who complete these courses with a letter grade of C or better.
