Badge Description

Learn basic nursing skills and procedures to assist others with their daily living activities and specialized care needs. This program can fulfill the Nursing Assistant training requirement for admission into MATC’s nursing programs. Course curriculum and instruction focuses on successful preparation for the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) and the state nurse aide curriculum. Graduates of the program are eligible to take part in NNAAP activities upon completion of the course.

Badge costs are paid through your tuition. Tuition may be covered by Financial Aid if you are eligible and earn the badge as part of a larger technical diploma or associate degree program.
