Badge Description

The Nail Technician's digital badge provides instruction in nail and skin disorders, manicuring and pedicuring, safety and sanitation, anatomy and physiology, applicable laws, and business and record management. These skills prepare individuals to take the state manicurist license examination. Graduates will be prepared with the industry specific skills needed for in-demand jobs. Courses are offered in flexible 8 and 16 week delivery options, in a salon-like setting.

Badge costs can be paid through your tuition. Tuition may be covered by Financial Aid if you are eligible and earn the badge as part of a larger technical diploma or associate degree program.
